I would like to request financial assistance during the days I been tested as positive in Covid-19.

I have 1 son who also needs milk and other supplies for these 2 weeks of quarantine period as my husband is also quarantined with no work no pay.

Your immediate action to my request will be appreciated greatly by me and my family.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As of now, DA do not have a program related to your request.
