I would like to request from your department or from the Committee on Animal Welfare attached to your office the following data which are CRUCIAL to the completion of our legal research:

1. Total number of animal welfare violations filed with or reported to your office after the effectivity of the Animal Welfare Act up to today;
2. Number of animal welfare violations filed with or reported to your office per year;
3. Nature of each case;
4. Specific action done by the Director, Secretary and/or Officer-in-charge in response to each case;
5. Status of each case
