Dearest Sir:

I am Atty. Karen E. Funelas. I am  currently  pursuing an LLM degree in San Beda University. I will be writing a paper concerning the regulatory power of the Intramuros Administration in relation to land use and development in compliance with one of my subject requirements. I will be requesting to examine or read the following documents and if necessary to photocopy the same at my own cost:
a) Development Plan of Intramuros
b) MOAS between IA and the LGU of Manila or other agencies which have something to do with the preservation of Intramuros as cultural heritage
