My name is Mia Vergara, my mother Flordeliza Vergara would like to ask about the status of Liquidation of my Philippine Prudential Life Educational Insurance refund. My mother would like to know when can she receive the claims of her Prudential Life Educational plan. I would appreciate assistance in this matter. Thank you.
