I refer to my letter of Jul 01, 2021 03:48:42 PM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Pre-need.
Our response to your request is due on Jul 22, 2021 03:48:42 PM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because it would need more extensive preparation than usual, as they are not part of the reports previously produced and published by the Insurance Commission. Likewise, with the nature of information as such, more time is needed to conduct review and to ensure that release thereof is consistent with agency's FOI policy.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Aug 19, 2021 03:48:42 PM.
