Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Mar 09, 2022 06:33:24 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for IC exam result.

Response to Request

n relation to your request, please be advised that results of agent's qualifying examination are released to the sponsoring insurance company.

Should you wish to request for a certification on your examination result,  you may visit the Licensing Division at the IC Head Office located at 1071 United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila. In order to process the said request, you are required to: 1) Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission-Head Office through the  IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) submit a request letter indicating the date, place, and the type of examination taken, and 3) pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) at the Cashier Section.

Please note that this Commission can only issue a Certification for examination administered by this Commission.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
