Claiming of Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Refund

Requested from IC by E. Jacolo at 06:44 AM on Mar 21, 2022.
Purpose: To claim my refund.
Date of Coverage: 06/14/2013 - 02/01/2018
Tracking no: #IC-099010285311

Jacolo 06:44 AM, Mar 21, 2022

Hello Sir/Madam:

I would like to ask the Liquidation Status of Philippine Prudential Life Insurance.

I visited their office last Feb 2018 as soon as I got notofied that my BDO accound had been ceased from being debited. They told me that I must await their next advice; however, no update was received thereafter.

I even emailed them last Jan 30, 2022 for a follow up but I received no response.

Do I have an assurance that I can still claim my money from them?

Please assist me on this matter. Thank you in advance.
