I would like to request official results of the Insurance Commission licensure exam (for insurance agents; both variable and life licenses) held last Dec 28 2020, with results being released 16 January 2021. Thank you!

Your Request

You asked for IC Exam Results (Variable and Life).

Response to Request

In relation to your FOI Request, please be advised that you may visit the Insurance Commission-Licensing Division to request for a Certification of Examination Result. In order for the Licensing Division to process the said request, you will be required to submit a request letter indicating examination details such as date, place and the type of examination taken, as well as pay a certification fee amounting to Php500.00. For further inquiries you may contact the IC Licensing Division at Tel. No. 85238461 loc. 111.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Revelyn R. Mojica, Manager of the IC Administrative Division through email address rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
