Hi, I'm Arnelli Marie L. Gregorio, requesting to claim for my Loyola Education Plan that has been fully paid in their Bacolod City branch and has matured in 2018.

I've been following-up for years after my high school graduation and until now, I did not receive any response. 

I hope you can look up my case asap.
