Hi. I am not sure when was the exact date of the exams, but I am pretty sure it was within November 2016 - December 2016. We just need to verify the exam passers for OL and VUL for application/coding purposes.

Thank you for your request dated Apr 30, 2021 10:57:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

In relation to your FOI Request, please be advised that you may visit the Insurance Commission-Licensing Division to request for a Certification of Examination Result. In order for the Licensing Division to process the said request, you will be required to submit a request letter indicating examination details such as date, place and the type of examination taken, as well as pay a certification fee amounting to Php500.00. For further inquiries you may contact the IC Licensing Division at Tel. No. 85238461 loc. 111.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
