Hi Good day,
I need your help in retrieving my IC License Number. I lost my IDs during an accident last 2016 and was not able to continue work as an Agent until now that I ám applying for an Agent to another company. I need to retrieve my IC License Number Please.

You asked for Insurance Commission ID No#.
Response to Request
In relation to your request, please be advised that, no license was previously issued to you based on to the records of this Commission. Hence, what appears on the records is that, there is an application for agent’s license under your name, which is currently being processed by the company you represent.
Thus, we cannot provide the requested information. In this regard, please be advise to coordinate with the insurance company you previously represented.
