Hello Sir/ Madam
My policy number PPL800812 has been fully failed. Refers CFP No. 2013-000043-1 and is already matured last April 9, 2023. As we are living abroad we do not have the latest procedure on how to claim the policy amount. Please advise on how to proceed .

Further, I have sent email to :mypolicy@philippineprudential.com 
but no reply so far.
