Good day! I would like to request some details regarding this matter. I tried to contact Loyola plans thru email but no response from them regarding my mother's Memorial service benefit under Life plan contract. The plan was fully paid on July 12,1987 contract number 8957375 CPF no. 009863. She is a Senior Citizen and with disability.I am just inquiring in her behalf. She is asking if she can claim the 10% increases from the base value after the year of full payment and every year there after.
