I would like to know the status or update regarding my request for a full refund of my monthly premium contribution deduction amounting to PhP 110,584.00 deducted by Philippine Prudential Life Insurance Company, Inc.
I submitted my formal letter request addressed to Atty. Iris Sylvia Lucero Bonifacio, Receiver, Insurance Commission at 5F AIC Burgundy Empire Tower ADB Ave. Cor. Garnet and Sapphire Roads, Ortigas, dated March 18, 2019 and March 17, 2023, respectively.
Until now, I haven't received any updates from the concerned insurance company. Your assistance is highly appreciated.
