My name is Lolita R. Lopez and I would like to ask about the status of Liquidation of my Philippine Prudential Life Insurance refund. I am a plan holder of the said insurance company and I visited their office in Ortigas last 2018. However, it has been 4 years without an update or notification regarding my refund. I would appreciate assistance in this matter. Thank you.
