I wish to request details of the HMO financial statistics presented in your website. More specifically, may I have a copy of aggregate statement of income and expenditures for all HMOs combined following the details on your HMO financial report template?

Thank you for your request dated May 17, 2021 07:19:18 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for HMO Statistics.

Response to Request

Please be advise that you may opt to avail of the Insurance Commission (IC) 2017 and 2018 Annual Reports where  statistics/data on Aggregate Income Statement (or Summary of Operations) of the HMO industry for said years can be obtained. For the 2019 HMO industry data, our Statistics and Research Division is still looking into the matter and we shall subsequently issue an advice if said year's data will be approved for release.

The IC 2017 and 2018 Annual Reports in CD cost Php700.00 and Php800.00, respectively. If you opts to avail the said CDs, kindly coordinate with our Administrative Division-Property and Supply Section at Tel. No. 85238461 loc. 120.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing email at rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
