This is for personal use. I'm planning to buy an accident and permanent disablement insurance for me and my family. I am choosing the insurance company based on their financial health. I'll buy insurance only from companies with sound financials. I have few companies in mind and that includes Magsaysay, however, I can't find their 2020-2021 financial statements on their website. I hope you could help me with this. Thank you.

I refer to my letter of Jul 26, 2022 03:52:13 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2020-2021 Financial Statements of Magsaysay Houlder Insurance Brokers, Inc.
In relation to your request, please be informed that the requested information has been retrieved. However, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the Insurance Commission (IC) Freedom of Information (FOI) Manual does not provide a specific policy on the provision and release of FOI related documents in electronic form/soft copy.
In this regard, you may visit IC Administrative Division – Records Section to pick up the printed copy/ies of the requested information by booking an appointment through the IC Appointment Reservation System (ICare) which can be accessed through the link: https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login. Company representative/personnel assigned to pick up the requested document/s must be duly authorized in writing and must bring a photocopy of valid company ID or any government-issued ID, for verification purposes.
