Thank you for your request dated Jun 30, 2021 09:00:06 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Insurance commission exam schedule in zamboanga city.

Response to Request

Please be advised that, pursuant to Circular Letter No. 2021-08 dated 16 February 2021, the face-to-face examination is only being conducted in Metro Manila, Cebu City and Davao City upon request of an insurance company. As of date, the examinations in Davao City are suspended considering that it is placed under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine. 
 
Nonetheless, please be advised that the qualifying insurance agent’s examination is also being conducted online pursuant to Circular Letter No. 2021-15 dated 8 March 2021. 
 
All individuals who wish to take the qualifying insurance agent’s examination must coordinate with the insurance company they to represent regarding the scheduling of the examination. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
