Hi, is there a chance to know the exact date of when did I pass the IC exam? I remember it was May 17 2014 was the day I took the exam, at Phil am Life session Road Baguio - location.

Your Request

You asked for May 2014 exam passers.

Response to Request

Please be advised that you took the examination for Traditional and Variable Life on 22 March 2014 at Baguio City. Also, if you would like to request for a Certification of Examination Result, you may visit the Insurance Commission Licensing Division and submit a request letter indicating your examination details such as date, place and the type of examination taken and a payment amounting to Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) for the Certification fee. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Revelyn R. Mojica, Manager of the IC Administrative Division through email address rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
