You asked for Data on Deaths Insurance policies given.

Response to Request

In relation to your request, please be informed that the data on termination of insurance policies (e.g., death) is in the 2020 Annual Report (AR). Unfortunately, the 2021 AR is still for approval and 2022 and 2023 data is not yet available. Hence, latest available data is the 2020 AR which may be accessed through: https://www.insurance.gov.ph/2020-annual-report/. Kindly refer to the Table 5 on page 41.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at icrecords-foi@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
