My father is an Educational Plan holder of Loyola Plans Inc.,and the plan claim is up for release (10 rel), as stated on the company’s website. With this, I'd like to ask for any updates regarding or information about the company’s release of claim. Perhaps, may I ask for assistance or information on the needed steps we should take to receive the said claim? I'd also like to know how to proceed following the Loyola Plan Conservatorship, given that there are still remaining claims to be released under the plan. We didn't receive a reply from Loyola so we hope for your assistance on this one.
