Purpose: Follow-up claim of educational plan
Date of Coverage: 12/07/2004 - 12/07/2019

Serafica 08:32 PM, Jul 07, 2022

We filed our claim last July 7, 2020 in Makati and all contact numbers given are non responsive. How can we follow-up our claim? It is the educational plan of my son. Can we still get the insurance we paid for 5 yrs? We needed this money for my son’s education the very reason we have insurance. Please enlighten us.
