I’m ANGELINA D. JAO (EDUCATIONAL/MEMORIAL PLAN HOLDER) with Contract no. (Protected) 

My plan has matured the last 30 September  2018 and I already sent all important papers like Certificate of Full Payment (Original) 2 valid ids (photocopy), and other requirements they request from me. 

Made a lot of follow-ups and had submitted Availment Request Form still no respond from them. Contact their numbers still no answer. My last follow up was Nov. 8, 2022. Hoping this time they give me sure date when will I get my claim.

Greetings, Sir Edmar  Ignacio, thank you for responding my concerns really big help po to caught their attention because they’re not answering phone calls, emails that I made. I hope this time LPCI will take some action not just words or promises because the money they took is from hardwork, i know its cliche but this is the truth all the money  is from my blood,sweat and tears. I am single mom. Hoping and Praying that this Plan will help me in the future but now it’s stressing me out. Thank You and Godbless
