I refer to my letter of Dec 08, 2020 05:18:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Licensed Financial Advisor/ Insurance Agents in the Phillipines.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Please note that in your request you stated on one part that you need information on the number Number of Licensed Financial Advisor/ lnsurance Agents in the Phillipines, while on the other part your are referring to a list of licensed financial advisor/insurance agents. These two (2) things are entirely different, as in case of a list, there may be confidentiality issues since these are individuals who may have rights under the law to be protected with their privacy. In particular, it would be helpful to know if your are interested in the number of agents/advisors only. Dear Riza,
I refer to my letter of Dec 11, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Number of Licensed Financial Advisor/ Insurance Agents in the Phillipines. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Mar 05, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
