You asked for ILLEGAL SALES OF PRE NEED PLANS. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance issues and/or concerns about authority to sell Pre-Need Plans must be addressed to our Actuarial Division, while authority to operate as regulated entity must be addressed to our Licensing Division.
