Good day,
Insurance Commissioner Dennis B. Funa said the pre-need company was placed under conservatorship for its “continuing inability” to meet capital and trust fund requirements of pre-need companies under the Pre-Need Code of the Philippines.
After my auntie's death, I am of the beneficiaries to claim the amount as stated in the certificate from the pre-need company in it's matured date in 2022.
I was worried about my auntie's insurance when I heard about this news last July 28, 2019.
It's been a year since the pre-need company placed under conservatorship by the insurance commission.
Canua 12:59 AM, Jul 24, 2020
I would like to know the updates in the conservatorship.
Also, as one of the beneficiaries, I want to know how can I claim the amount early before the mature date in 2022?
Thank you and keep safe.
