I am a MBA student at Ateneo Graduate School of Business and I am conducting industry research on the HMO sector. Your financial statements will be invaluable to my research.

In relation to your request, please be informed that the requested information are ready for release. Kindly prepare an amount of Php3,340.00 for the reproduction cost. Attached is a copy of the Order of Payment for your reference.
