We are 4th year students from UE-Manila taking Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA). 

As we conduct our data collection, we have checked your official websites and found out that the BFARs for the yr 2021 are not reflected in your transparency seal. 

With that, we humbly request that your good office update/ send to us the annual reports in your Transparency Seal on your Official Website, as not all BFARs for the year 2021 have been uploaded.

Our data collection period is until October 25 only.

Thank you for your request dated Oct 18, 2022 09:19:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for FAR No. 1-A and FAR No. 1-B.

Response to Request

In relation to your request, please be informed of the following per advised our Budget Division:

1. The requested  information on the Budget and Financial Accountability Reports (BFARs) are available in the IC’s Transparency Seal.

 2. FAR 1-A - Summary of Appropriations, Allotments, Obligations, Disbursements and Balances by Object of Expenditures (SAAODBOE) and FAR 1-B - List of Allotments and Sub-Allotments (LASA)  for the year 2021 as requested are uploaded in the Transparency Seat under Part VIII, Nos. II (FAR 1-A) and III (FAR 1-B).  Kindly click on the drop down button entitled “Annual Financial Reports”. 

3. They have uploaded both as of 31 December 2021 (year-end) and as of 30 June 2022.
