This is Sofia Louisse C. Fernandez, asking your good office for a copy of my IC Exam Certification conducted in Bai Hotel, Cebu, Philippines last October 9, 2021, both for Traditional and Variable Insurance.

If you can include the  result as well if passed or failed etc.
