Hello!

I would like to know how I can file a complaint regarding my mother's death claim. My mother died last October 2021 and we already submitted the necessary documents last May 2022 however as of this moment, we didn't receive any despite personally asking for follow-ups. They were giving us waiting time (e.g 6 months, 3 months) but when the date comes, they will say that it wasn't ready yet.
