Hi! Good Morning,
I just want to request a copy of the result of Trad and Vul exam last april 27th of year 2019 held in ISO Cauayan where I took the said exam.
I just want to have a copy of my own in order for me to have a leverage if I really passed the said exam of Trad and Vul on date of april 27, 2019.

Your Request
You asked for Trad and Vul exam result.
Response to Request
In relation to your request, please be advised that results of agent's qualifying examination are released to the sponsoring insurance company.
Should you wish to request for a certification on your examination result, you may visit the Licensing Division at the IC Head Office located at 1071 United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila. In order to process the said request, you are required to: 1) Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission-Head Office through the IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) submit a request letter indicating the date, place, and the type of examination taken, and 3) pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) at the Cashier Section.
Please note that this Commission can only issue a Certification for examination administered by this Commission.
