Good day, I would like to make a request for follow up on my Loyola Educational Plan with Policy No's MCR 530004688 and MCR 530004689. I filed my claim for Educational Plan that matured on February 22, 2016 but was informed to follow up at at Insurance Commission as their conservatory. 

But Insurance Commission referred as back to Loyola  for follow up but up to now there was no result from my follow ups
