Insurance claims; urgent

Requested from IC by P. Lorenzo at 10:42 PM on Nov 22, 2022.
Purpose: Insurance claim from prudential(under BDO)
Date of Coverage: 11/10/2022 - 11/13/2022
Tracking no: #IC-505560967280

Lorenzo 10:42 PM, Nov 22, 2022

Good day! I would like to complaint prudential insurance company under BDO. They denied our request for the claims since Mr. Jansen Maala Lumanog was hospitalized during our travel last Nov 12 to Singapore. He was experiencing chest pain. And we still have bills to pay with the hospital. The hospital advised us to send the bill to our insurance company but up until now they are not giving us feedback. Also they keep declining our claims with an invalid reason. Kindly look for this. Thank you.
