The purpose I would like to claim my educational insurance of my doughter since 2016 is the maturity date I take this insurance and have certificate of full payment since july 30, 2021 and the maturity is 2016 supposedly 2016 we will start to claim but now the philplans said yesterday not enclouded senior high which I ing sir an unjust my doughter ni stop in school contenue this is not our fusmth that have senior high but the contract will be matured 2016 please we want to claim how badly is it hope you can help thank you

I can't understand in you're reply I need and ask help from insurance commision which is the responsibility to help us
