October 28, 2020 Dear Leslie Padua, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Oct 06, 2020 01:59:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Number of Policies, Total Sum Insured and Total Gross Premium for Companies selling Motor Insurance. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance said information is not yet available as the 2019 Annual Statements of non-life insurance companies are still undergoing the process of encoding, verification and evaluation. Moreover, a number of said companies have yet to submit their annual statements. However, you may wish to contact our Statistics and Research Division at Tel. Nos. 85238461 loc. 122 , and/or resubmit your request as soon as data become available. For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://www.foi.gov.ph/help. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to The Deputy Insurance Commissioner for Management Support Services Group of the Insurance Commission with email address eh.balmes@insurance.gov.ph.
