Your Request

You asked for Traditional and VUL License status.

Response to Request

In relation to your request, please be informed, that based on the current records of this Commission, you are currently licensed to act as an insurance agent by this Commission until 31 December 2022. 

In this regard, you may coordinate with the Licensing Department/ Division of the new insurance company you wishes to represent should you decide to reapply his licenses with said company. 

Should there be any more concerns or questions, he may contact the Division thru phone number 8523-8461 local 111/130 or thru email at licensing@insurance.gov.ph.
