Your Request

You asked for License Number.

Response to Request

Please be advised that based on the records of Licensing Division of the Insurance Commission, your license under AIA Philippines Life and General Insurance Company Inc. was issued on 16 June 2014 and expired last 31 December 2015. 

Considering that you have not renewed your license, you will be required to apply for a new license should you decide to do insurance business. You may coordinate with the insurance company that you intend to represent for the processing of your license.

For the issuance of Certificate of Agent's License, you may refer to the process detailed in the Citizen’s Charter under the Licensing Division’s “Issuance of Certification on License Status and Result of Agent’s Examination” service. Kindly set an appointment thru the IC Appointment System (https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login). And, please be informed that Insurance Commission Manila office hours is from  9:00AM to 4:00PM and the IC Cashier Section service is until 2:00PM only.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to icrecords-foi@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
