Hi! I would like to know if I can get the full details of the variable exam I had with Insurance commission in Jones Street, Cebu. I am not so sure with the exact date but it was on the 3rd quarter of 2014 when I joined Insular Life as financial adviser.

You asked for Variable exam.
Response to Request
Please be advised that based on the record of the IC Licensing Division, you took the examination on 13 August 2014 at Cebu City. You may visit the IC Licensing Division to request a Certification of Examination Result which can be coursed thru the IC Cebu District Office with office address at Door 10-11 Ground Floor, HVG Arcade I.T. Park, Subangdako, Mandaue City, Cebu. In In order to process the said request, please submit a request letter indicating your examination details such as date, place and the type of examination taken. Also, prepare a payment amounting to Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) for the certification fee.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Ms. Revelyn R. Mojica, Manager of the IC Administrative Division through email address rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
