2) Intellicare (Asalus Corporation)
3) Medicard Philippines, Inc.

You asked for Financial Statements of leading HMOs in the Philippines.

Response to Request

Please be informed that your request for a copy of the Audited Financial Statement of various Health Maintenance Organization in the Philippines for F.Y. 2019-2022 are ready for release. Kindly prepare an amount of Php6,960.00 for the reproduction cost.  Attached is a copy of the Order of Payment for your reference.

In visiting the Insurance Commission, kindly book an appointment using our IC Appointment Reservation System (ICare) which can be accessed through the link: https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login. Company representative/personnel assigned to pick up the requested document must be duly authorized in writing by the official who request/signed the FOI Form and must bring a photocopy of valid company ID for records purposes.

Your right to request a review
