Hello, I would like to complain the malpractice made by Pacific Cross. They never made any attempt to do an extensive explanation of the product I signed up for. The agent simply dumped documents and left me to read and understand on my own and just asked if I have questions.

Now that I am trying to make a claim, there are so many things that was just brought to my attention and there were no proper education done prior.
