Thank you for your request dated Dec 18, 2021 10:06:52 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
Your Request
You asked for Traditional and VUL insurance exam results.
Response to Request
In relation to your request, please be advised that results of agent's qualifying examination are released to the sponsoring insurance company.
Should you wish to request for a certification on your examination result, you may visit the Licensing Division at the IC Head Office located at 1071 United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila. In order to process the said request, you are required to: 1) Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission-Head Office through the IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) submit a request letter indicating the date, place, and the type of examination taken, and 3) pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) at the Cashier Section.
Please note that this Commission can only issue a Certification for examination administered by this Commission.
For further inquiries, you may contact our Licensing Division at 8523 8461 local 111.
For your information and guidance.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
