Hi,

I would like to follow-up our claim regarding our Educational plan in Loyola Plans. Me and my younger brother already graduated in College and my younger brother didn't receive anything. And in my case I only received 2 claims out of 4 on my plan.

They told us to provide a letter regarding my father's hopitalization in order to be prioritized but there's still no action coming from their end. They received our letter last Feb 03, 2023 and up to now no update or whatsoever.

This is really frustrating, our parents always pay on time and now that we needed the fund, they cannot compensate?
