HI! i would like to request for: 

1. the list of examinees who passed the VUL 

2. and the list of examinees who passed the  Traditional exam 

dated June 2014 to Sept 2014. I have passed these exams but I forgot my results and the exact date of my examination. 

Please help me.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 13, 2021 09:55:08 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for 2014 IC Results.

Response to Request

In relation to your request, please be advised that results of agent's qualifying examination are released to your sponsoring insurance company.

Should you wish to request for a certification on your examination result,  you may visit the Licensing Division at the IC Head Office located at 1071 United Nations Avenue, Ermita, Manila. In order to process the said request, you are required to: 1) Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission-Head Office through the  IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) submit a request letter indicating the date (year of examination), place, and the type of examination taken, and 3) pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) at the Cashier Section.

Please note that this Commission can only issue a Certification for examination administered by this Commission.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at rr.mojica@insurance.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
