Hi,

I would like to request relevant documents about the ff. for the years 2017-2021:

1. HMO ranking in terms of market share
2. Type/s of products being offered
3. HMO annual compliance and risk management reports
4. Financial statements of the ff. HMOs:
	- Maxicare Healthcare Corporation
	- Intellicare (Asalus Corporation)
	- Medocare Health Systems, Inc. 

This is in part of our industry research for our course in MBA at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

I refer to my letter of Oct 25, 2022 06:03:47 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Ranking and Performance of HMOs.

In relation to your request, please be informed that, the Financial Statements of the the requested HMOs are retrieved. Relative thereto, may we seek confirmation/verification for the number of copy/copies and year/years needed before we proceed with the reproduction. Kindly note that, in accordance with the Insurance Commission’s FOI Manual, the cost of reproduction of the requested information shall be the reasonable amount of Ten Pesos Only (Php10.00) per page. Hi Chantal,

I have replied via email to Mr. Edmar Ignacio regarding this last Sun, Oct 30, 8:58 PM (7 days ago). For reference, with regard to the confirmation of details, kindly see below:
- number of copy/ies: 1 copy per company per year
- year/s needed: 2017 to 2021 (total of 5 year's worth of financial statements)

Acknowledged on the payment. 

Kindly advise when and how the payment is to be made. I will send the payment over ASAP as I am urgent in need of the requested information so I can proceed with academic requirements.
