Are insurance policies by ๐Ž๐ซ๐›๐ข๐—๐•๐ข๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ  regulated by the insurance commission?
