Greetings!
Since 2016 we have not heard or read any reports done by the Insurance Commission on where, how and what is happening on the 5yrs after Commissioner Dooc interviewd by the media on the status of  LPCi. We would like to track down the timeline of the process after putting LPCI under Conservatorship.

Your Request

You asked for Minutes of rhe Meeting between IC CRL, Loyola Plans Consolidates Inc. And Conservator Atty Sanchez.

Response to Request

The requested Minutes of the Meeting is not included among the List of Official Reports under Custody of the IC's CRL Division. Moreover, the release of said document may preempt the plans/actions to be taken by the company as it is likely to contain sensitive information.
