Please be advised that, based on the records of this Commission, Goldenfuture Life Plans, Inc. has been issued a Certificate of Registration and License to act as a pre-need company under license number PN-2021-06-R with validity until 31 December 2021. 

For more information, you may refer to this Commission’s Directory of Pre-Need Companies indicating the the list of pre-need companies with Certificates of Authority for Licensing Year 2021 through the following link: https://www.insurance.gov.ph/regulated-entities/pre-need-companies/.

Your right to request a review
