Hi,

Kindly assist in guiding me in filing a complaint against BDO Insurance. I made the payment 3 Feb 2023, until now, BDO has not  remmitted the payment to Prudential Insurance.

I am in the process of making a claim but Pruduential is unable to proceed since BDO has not paid them yet.
