Hi, I am Leonard O. Regala I took and passed my licensure exam  last August 26, 2023, as Financial Advisor of Manulife.

I am respectfully requesting for a license ID/Certification as proof that I am a licensed Financial Advisor by the Insurance Commission.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 27, 2024 10:40:37 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request

You asked for Financial Advisor License.

Response to Request

In relation to your request, please be advised that you may visit the Licensing Division  or send an email at licensing@insurance.gov.ph to request for a Certification of Agent's License. In order to process the said request, you are required to: 1) Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission-Head Office through the  IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) submit a request letter indicating  your complete name  (First Name, Middle Name and Surname), and 3) to pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00).  Please also be informed that you will be required to submit a copy of your government-issued identification card for verification.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by email at icrecords-foi@insurance.gov.ph.
