Hi there, I am [Redacted][Name], Operations Manager of [Redacted][Organization]. I am sending a request for the details of one of our agents' IC exam result for TRAD. His name is [Redacted][Name]. He passed the trad exam a few years ago, but he cannot recall the details of his IC exam (date, score, etc). He is finally applying for his traditional license.
